Hello! I am renting out a spacious private bedroom (approximately 12? by 12') in my one bedroom apartment. I will be living in the living room with my 2 year old son who stays with me 4 days a week.

The room I am renting out has space for a queen sized bed, dresser, desk, mirror, etc. Additionally, the tenant is allowed to use one of the closets, and the bathroom and kitchen will be shared with me.

The apartment is located in Borough Park, Brooklyn NY, in a 3 flight walk up in the corner of 18th Ave and East 2nd St.

Amenities include nearby transportation (one short block away from the F train, and the B8 bus is in front of the building), grocery stores delis, urgent care, library, banks ALL in 5 minute walking distance.

This apartment is huge and a must see!
