I'm a 21-year-old student looking for a quiet, respectful, tidy roommate to share a furnished two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment located in Brighton Beach on the Q metro line. Apartment is on the 5th floor of a 6-story building with elevator. The building and apartment are clean, quiet, and well maintained with a friendly on-site supervisor, who can be contacted about any maintenance issues. The room faces an interior courtyard and fits a full bed (although it is currently used as a twin). Spacious shared kitchen/living room. Washer/dryer unit is included inside the apartment, so no trips to a laundromat or the basement! Heating and hot water are included. Gas, electricity, and cable internet are separate. Apartment is four blocks from the train station and one block from the beachfront in a safe, close-knit, ethnically diverse community. Multiple independent restaurants and supermarkets are within close walking distance.
