(2)females and (3)little kids stay in other rooms that will stay out of your path. But if you completely are against children this is not the place for you. The room is cozy and very private. loving family environment no drama, and a peaceful dwelling. Utilities are included if not abused. A female Roomate preferred. Also steady and dependable income is a must,,, 3week security deposit and
one week rent to move in. So that's $420 plus $140 to move in. Then $140 every week there after. Must have complete fee to move in. Also ID, employments info needed & must be verified.
