Room for rent

The room is a nice sized space with windows.
Can easily fit a queen sized bed.
Was originaly the living room in the apartment.
Has a sliding door to separate from the rest of the apartment.
I am a quiet but polite and friendly photographer who works in Manhattan.
Would like a roommate who is clean and kind of neat but not a neat nut.
My roommate does not have to be totaly silent, just not noisy.
A plus if my roommate could be an artist or into the arts.
However, being an artist or into the arts is not a requirement.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet with tree lined streets.
