The apt is located one block from the 86th Street R train station with multiple bus stops. Downtown New York is about 30 min train ride. Midtown New York is about a 40 min train ride.

The apt is a quick walk away from many retail stores, banks, coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery stores, laundromats, dry cleaners, barbers/salons, spas, gyms, yoga, etc.

The rent is $1200 including utilities (heat, gas, electric and WiFi internet/cable). Also security deposit of one-month rent is required before moving in and returned after moving out.
