Looking for Roommate for Spacious Brooklyn 4BR

We're two chill girls and a gay guy looking for a fourth roommate for a beautiful 4BR in Brooklyn. The apartment is spacious, sunny, and has a shared yard. Even better, it has easy access to every train line you could hope for. The C and G trains are blocks away and Atlantic-Barclays is a few minutes away. The commute to Midtown is only a little more than half an hour. The neighborhood is lovely, with trees and nice restaurants, and at $3000 per month total, the place is a steal. The rooms are different sizes, so we're willing to negotiate rent based on the size of the room.
