Room available in South Prospect Park, Brooklyn

I am moving and a room is available for rent. Simple furnishings are available if at all helpful (bed, chair, and wardrobe closet) -- can be discarded if undesired.
Current roommates are an awesome married couple with a dog (not so sassy "Sassy"). A cat will be residing in the apartment for one month and then be heading with me across the country (Ginger).
B and Q trains are within one block of the apartment and have proven very reliable. Short walk to Cortelyou Road (up and coming street with new restaurants and bars all the time). Equidistant between Coney Island Ave and Flatbush Ave. Two blocks away from Prospect Park (one block away from Parade Grounds) -- absolutely wonderful! Short walking distance to grocery stores and other shopping needs.
Space is typical NYC small, but location has proven very connected to most of Brooklyn and provides quick access to Manhattan (30 min).
