Large Room in Bushwick/Bestuy Shared 3BR

Hi!

I am offering month to month (no lease) rental of a large bedroom in a 3BR in Bushwick apartment. I've lived at this spot for almost 4 years.

Some stats on the place:
-Bedroom has lots of light
-Two walk in closets
-Comes furnished with bed (+mattress), dresser, small desk
-Rest of apartment is furnished, lots of light
-Five minute walk to the Myrtle Ave JMZ stop, grocery store, and laundry
-Utilities not included. Billed monthly. Usually $100 in winter, about $70 in summer.
-One month security required

Some stats on roomies:
-31 year old guy who works as a production assistant in tv/commercials
-28 year old girl who works at a start up
-(Separate rooms)

We both have busy schedules. It's pretty quiet usually because when we are trying to recover from our hectic jobs. Our place is usually tidy, but to be honest it's kind of a lop sided effort (dude is messy, girl is tidy and trying to compensate).

We're okay/not okay with:
-Small, house trained dog (not dogs)
-NO cats please
-No smoking inside
-No couples
