Room in rooftop apartment available for December!

Hello!

22yo Argentinian and 25 yo Canadian living in Park Slope, looking to rent out our extra space for the Christmas holidays. Room available now, for the month of December or the last two weeks (flexible dates!) I am a artist and my roommate (the Canadian) is a professional nanny. We also have a small dog who is very sweet and not at all yappy. We are both creative individuals who are easy going and enjoy hosting dinner parties. Looking for a clean, relaxed roommate who would like to share our home for a month or so!

-Available bedroom is ALREADY fully-furnished (queen size bed, large plant, walk in closet, balcony, window AC unit, beautiful natural light, ongoing black&white art project projected across the street)
-Separate front entrance (great for privacy)
-Spacious apartment, with lots of plants and light
-Full Kitchen (french press, blender, microwave, home phone)
-rooftop deck from which you can see the statue of liberty

-1 Block away from the R/F/G Train (20 min train ride to Manhattan)
-Steps away from buses that will take you all over Brooklyn
-Right next to small park, and jogging lane for a morning run
-2 doors down from fully-stocked organic grocery store
-right on 5th Ave, a plethora of bars/restaurants at your fingertips
-A few blocks away from one of the best Farmers Market in nyc
-Easy parking available right in front of the apartment, 24/7

**If you would like our roommate who will be gone on holidays is leaving her bike, it is a 1960s french antique bike (with shift changers on the front of the bike) and a basket! Great for
getting around Park Slope, Brooklyn to getting quickly into Manhattan
