We have an awesome room available April 1st.
Glorious location in the heart of Bushwick, Brooklyn.
We are located one block from the subway off the Jefferson stop L train, about 15-20 minutes to Manhattan. Neighborhood offers lots of nice bars, restaurants, laundry, coffee shops, galleries, yoga, and much more within walking distance.
The building is clean, quiet, and well maintained.
This is a three-bedroom apartment on the third floor, you would be sharing common areas with two awesome guys. One is a chef at a high end restaurant and the other roommate is in the fashion industry.
We are looking for someone, super chill, super CLEAN, Responsible, Respectful, Financially stable, Mature, and willing to share roommate household duties.
Looking for long term commitment minimum a year.
The room has a window and closet, this room is $1000 per month plus utilities and WiFi.
You would need the first month rent plus security deposit and we welcome co-signers.
Sorry no pets, highly allergic.
