COZY, Elegant Greenpoint large ROOM

Hi, I'm a professional artist and I have a spacious, well lit, 4 room railroad apartment with a full-sized bathroom in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, 10 minutes walk from Williamsburg, & 5 minutes from Long Island City. I am renting out an airy large room for one person, no couples, & no random visitors. It's a beautiful room, the largest in the apartment. It has a closet, large black lacquered cabinet, desk, chairs, tables, comfy futon bed, large size, & 2 windows for air and light & an AC. It is a 3rd floor apartment 2 blocks from the East River, quiet side street & a view of the Upper East side from the North side of the apartment, no pets. It is available NOW. It is the room with the red wallpaper and mantle. I have 12 foot ceilings & it is fully furnished. I am seeking a reliable person with an existing full-time job and a busy life. I only make appointment with people who send me a Pic of themselves.

The rent is $800 a month, this includes rent, gas, electricity, Spectrum Cable, & high-speed WiFi, & a $400 refundable deposit (you get a receipt) in case you move without notice and I have to advertise, and your deposit will be reimbursed when I find a new room-mate within the 2 week period, this just means that I need a 6 week notice. I have allergies, so I have some professional cleaning & dust removal, more than once a week. There are No Other roommates.

Please, no heavy drinking or drug use, because I want to feel safe & also, no random strangers are allowed. I'm an easy going, private, quiet & discreet person, and am looking for the same. I need someone who is able to get up and leave quietly if I'm sleeping. Coming in late is NOT a problem.
This is a third-floor walk-up, floor-through, railroad layout apartment. There is a light-weight door to your room for privacy, but I want to find someone who can leave the rooms opened up a lot, because I don't have windows (air) in my room. I have a canopy and curtaining around my bed, as you would walk through my room. I have a step-up bed with curtaining creating a walk-way through my room. I never have to walk through your room when you are there. I have a work station in the kitchen, and do not need to use my bedroom until 10:30 or 11pm and then I quietly read and sleep. The place is large, so it feels private and peaceful. I run 2 humidifiers & 2 air filters. Your personal stuff will never be touched & I expect the same in return. It?s elegant, cozy, & always clean & in an amazingly quiet neighborhood, on a side street with no loud traffic noises. There is an amazing view 2 blocks away of Manhattan.
