Doorman building with private baths for each person, private balcony, large shared deck for the building, laundry in building, dishwasher, and 1 block away from subway. The landlord will require a credit check and security deposit. We would sign a 1 year lease together. I have lived in NYC for 12 years, 8 years in this building, it's a great building! I'm looking for someone who is looking for a home. We do not nesiisarrly need to be friends. But I am looking for someone who is likeminded, fun, and friendly.. I'm a very laid back person, I'm a homebody. Cleanliness is VERY important to me. I'm a nurse. If Im not at work, I'm home, cooking, cleaning (lol), watching TV, out with friends, or having a dinner party. Nothing crazy just a couple people over, and not often. I prefer to FaceTime before showing the apartment to get a sense if we would be compatible.
