I am a retired Foreign Language Teacher and New York City Tour Guide. I am looking to improve my Chinese and therefore am looking for someone who can speak Chinese. The person must keep things immaculately clean. Room must be kept nice each day. Cooking is Microwave and light type cooking only. You will have your own room but there is shared space for bathroom and living-room. Since this is shared space it is suitable for a male.
