Our names are Ginger and Meredith. We are super easy going and looking for hard working but relaxed roommates to join us in our beautiful space!
The hardwood floors are to die for! If you enjoy cooking, you will be happy with the open layout and a gas stove! Lots of windows allow for light to pour in all day, as well as a HUGE SKYLIGHT that opens for ventilation and stargazing! The common area is large, with clean modern lines and finishes. There are two FULL bathrooms and a high efficiency central air, heat, and air purifying system, bike storage, and a killer backyard. Clean, new washers and dryers will be in the basement!
The apartment is a short walk to the Franklin C or Clinton Washington C. Sitting in a perfect location, you can easily walk to Prospect Park! We are just a few minutes from a few different hot spots for bars and restaurants including Vanderbilt, Washington ave, Franklin Ave, and Fulton!!!!
