Great Place in the Heart of Prospect Heights

We are looking for a third roommate to join the lease with us for the next year in a great part of Prospect Heights. Our apartment has hardwood flooring throughout, a decorative fireplace, a large eat-in kitchen with natural light, and three nice sized bedrooms that can fit full/queen sized beds. Just one block from Vanderbilt, we are so close to local neighborhood favorites like Zaytoon's, The Vanderbilt, Branded Saloon, White Tiger, and a host of other restaurants, bars, wine stores, shopping, and laundry. In simple terms--just a really great neighborhood to reside in. Located near the B, Q, C,2, and 3 trains just 25 minutes from downtown Manhattan. We love this neighborhood and are sure you will too!

I am a student at NYU Law and my roommate works for J. P. Morgan. We love to travel, run, and generally enjoy everything Brooklyn has to offer. We are looking for someone to join the lease and contribute to the initial broker fee ($1330). The good news is that after this fee, rent is only $995/month before utilities.
