We are looking for someone who is clean & tidy for this 1 room private bathroom on the 4th floor apartment condo room for rent. Utilities are included in the rent. On the street parking quite block nice neighbors spacious room shared living area & kitchen in unit laundry room 5 blocks from Brooklyn college 4 blocks from the 2 & 5 train. If you are interested in the rooms when you see them we have to go through a pre screening with good occupation. First months rent and 1 1/2 security.
