Modern apt w/ private bath, W/D, gym, roof + more

I have a bedroom available in a spacious, new construction 2BD/ 2BA apartment off the Morgan L in Bushwick / JMZ @ Myrtle Ave. 11206 zip. Available Feb 1. I'm looking for 3 month commitment with opportunity to renew thereafter.

The apartment is really large - big kitchen / living room / pantry / laundry room (yes, there is W/D in unit) and the room available is a v good size (10x12') with a big closet and tons of natural light. Biggest perk = you have your own bathroom, but others include washer/dryer in the apartment, dishwasher, separate heating / AC units for every room. Boatloads of amenities in the elevator building, too - a gym, parking, big roof with epic city views and some other fun stuff. Room is available furnished (it will some of what's in the picture). Open to unfurnished if that's a dealbreaker - please specify in your reply.

I'm a 34 year old female cofounder of a beverage company. My business is growing quickly so I'm in / out of the apartment most days and nights. I've lived in the apartment for a year and change now - it's a really great place and a wonderful neighborhood.
