Williamsburg Room For Rent ASAP!!!!!!!

We are looking for an extra roommate! :)

Modern furnishings as well include stainless steel refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. We have a waterfall shower head incorporated into the jacuzzi bathtub. We have a washer and dryer in our personal apartment on the bottom floor.

Each of the three rooms have an air conditioning unit capable of air condition and heating. However, we use the radiators for heat in the winter time.

No smoking in the apartment and no pets. We have a beautiful balcony with chairs and a table that is for smoking whatever you want or to simply hang out on. The apartment is super clean all the time.

Our new roommate must agree to equally sharing the bill of toiletries and necessities at the beginning of each month. We will order in bulk from either Costco, Sams club or Walmart, at the beginning of each month for paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dish washing pods, etc. the bulk order only includes things we all use and need daily to maintain the upkeep of our apartment and we split it three ways even. Roughly 20-40$ a month.

Utilities are not included. Conedison & national grid are billed to us each month and we split them both evenly. We have a 69$/month internet bill which is Verizon fios. Again, split evenly 3 ways, so it's 23$/month for each of us. We do not have cable, but we have Apple TV connected to the big screen.

On a lighter note, we live very fun, exciting and spontaneous lives. If you think this ad pertains to your lifestyle, give us a shout. You can come view our place anytime but you must move in on November 1st with first months rent(cash) and security deposit(check)which you get back at the end of the lease. Unless you choose to resign it which is also fine.. because we plan to stay here for a while.

We're an 8 block walk to the Graham avenue L train or 10 blocks to the Lorimer L & G train, and 2 blocks from local bus stop at the corner of Richardson & Graham. Tons of shops, bars and restaurants all over the place.
