You'll have the opportunity to rent one bedroom for $1000 per month with private closet, in our 4 bedroom apartment. The apartment has plenty of common space; huge living room with flat screen, dining room, spacious kitchen and plenty of closet space. Utilities are included (except electric bill, it varies every month) I take care of cleaning the public space every week (kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room and hallway) you take care of your private space.

The room will be available for long or short term.

The area is an up and coming area. Less than a block from Prospect Park. Less than a block from the Q line that will get you to the city in less than 20 min, 3 stops to Atlantic Terminal and 4 stops from Brooklyn City Point and Trader Joe's. 2 blocks to the B line and 6 blocks to the 2 and 5 lines and plenty of public transportation on Flatbush Ave. and Parkside Ave. Lots of new bars and restaurants and the good old ones.

You'll be sharing the apartment with 3 young professionals. We get along really well, so we prefer to live with someone we can be friends with. We don't need to talk everyday, but at least when we bump in the hallway say "Hi"!!!
