-My 2.5 bedroom home best accommodates two adults. The tenant will have access to my office for hosting out-of-town friends or family!
-We compost food waste (kept in the freezer). Very tidy and smoke/pet free. Roomba robot vacuum is pretty great.
-For commuters only: linen service.
