Brooklyn House

Hi all!

We have a small furnished room available in our house a five minute walk from the Sutter Ave 3 stop. The house is 2200 sq ft with five bedrooms (I cant change it from four bedrooms in the house description) and two bathrooms, a large open living room and kitchen, a second living room, laundry, a bike/storage room, and a backyard.

The room is about 80 sq ft and comes with a full size bed, dresser, small book shelf, and there's a closet.

There will also be a big unfurnished room coming available next month for $950 if that strikes your fancy.

The roommates are a student, server, and office workers. We are all pretty easy going, not crazy into partying but definitely enjoy a drink or two. What's most important is that we all get along. Couples are welcome for an extra $100, assuming you want the bigger room. If you are an immigrant/foreign that is a definite bonus!
