Huge room 1/2 Block from the Montrose L Available

Hi,

One huge bedroom available in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Located on a 3rd floor walkup, room has a private entrance and can fit a kingsize bed. (Although queen is probably easiest to get up the stairs, as there is a turn). The room also has a nice sized closet and can fit a desk, couch etc. Apt is located on Montrose Ave half a block from the Montrose L stop.

You'd be sharing the apt with a respectful girl in her mid 20's, who works often and not around much. The bedrooms are on the opposite ends of the apartment so there is no problem with noise. Utilities usually come out to about $50-$75 per person.

Move in would be Apr 1, but can be flexible to the 15th, and sublease would end Dec 31, at which time you'd have the option or resigning. At this time, I'm only looking for people who want to stay until at least Dec 31.
