One room available in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment in a remodeled brownstone. We are the first tenants to live here since the renovation in 2017. There are new appliances in the kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood floors throughout, central heating and air-conditioning (no bulky window AC units to block your sunlight!), high speed internet, and a SmartTV in the living room.

The room offered faces east direction and has two large full windows. The room comes with a queen bed and dresser, which can be removed if needed. Bathroom is shared with one other person who is very neat and minimal.

The house is less than one block away from the train station (J train) and three blocks away from the L and the A/C trains. The building as an electronic passcode security and camera/intercom in the unit for your safety as well. There are plenty of grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance and a neighborhood saturated with nightlife is only a couple stops away! Our street is quiet and has a community feel to it, though many buildings have been renovated over recent years bringing a younger population. The building only has 3 units so you get an extra feeling of security and comfort! We've never had a problem with theft or anything in the building either, you'll always get your packages!

The bedroom offered comfortably fits a queen bed (included), large dresser (included), desk, with space for other furniture or moving around too! With two almost floor-to-ceiling windows, you also get plenty of natural light. You would be sharing a full bathroom with just the couple in the other room and there is an additional powder room in the finished basement. I have my own in the master bathroom.
