Small Room Available in Brighton Beach Apt

Hello All,

I am currently looking for someone to fill a small room, in a three bedroom apartment, in the Brighton Beach area. I moved into this apartment at the beginning of March, and my current roommates are now moving out of state. I?m looking for a long-term tenant ? you will not be signed to the lease, so you may leave when you feel necessary, but I will ask for a 30day notice.

The Apt:
- 3 bedroom / shared bath and kitchen
- located down the street from the B/Q Brighton Beach
- six story building / apt is on fifth floor with elevator access
- small washer and dryer included in apt
- furnishings: most of the large items belong to the other roommates. I will be working on refurnishing the apt and am hoping to find someone who is willing to contribute.
- located 1 block away from Brighton Beach. (Coney Island is about a 5-10 minute walk away)

Roommates:
- myself: Mid 20s, clean, quiet, work fulltime in the city. I cook a couple nights of the week, otherwise I?m usually in my room, but am still friendly and social.
- others: I?m looking for roommates that are responsible and considerate around the apartment, and does not bring a lot of activity (loud music, frequent visitors or parties, etc.) I enjoy having a quieter, relaxing home and am looking for people who want a similar home life
