I am moving out of my beautiful two-bedroom apartment in Williamsburg on June 20th. I am looking for a replacement. Our lease expires in August, so we are ideally looking for somebody that wants to extend the current lease for another year with my roommate.

The apartment is furnished and comes with two bedrooms, and two private bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher. Fast FIOS internet and Cable TV is wired and ready to use.

The building is in a prime location on Bedford Avenue overlooking McCarren Park, and offers a wide range of amenities, including: laundry room, cinema room, gym (offering weekly yoga and cycling classes), rooftop with spectacular views and barbecue grills, ATM machine, parking garage, golf simulator, music studio, games room (with pool table).

The apartment is new and is just a 4 minute walk from both the G train and L trains(one stop from Manhattan). Roommate is 33 year old professional British male, friendly and respectful.

Requirement: Salary of 90,000/year (this is necessary in order to extend the lease for another year)
