$900 utilities included in Bay Ridge

Hi,
I have 1 room to rent in my home(Brooklyn, Bay Ridge). It's a quiet area with pier, parks, library, and 9 minute walk to subway. R train, Bay Ridge Ave is the stop, and you can use express busses(X27, X37) to Manhattan. As well as local busses(B37, B9, B64, B63) few blocks away from the building.

We have lots of local coffee shops around the corner, as well as markets(Key Food), deli, banks, restaurants.

The room is not furnished, but it has own closet, 2 windows. It gets lots of sun light, and also really warm in winter time(the heater works great).
Utilities are included to the rent price.

Our roommate will have access to the common areas of the house, living room(with Netflix, Amazon Prime), kitchen and bathroom.
I'm looking for someone to stay at least a year, a non smoker(you can smoke outside), really clean(we don't like to have any bugs), and not party animal ;) We're two female that looking a third woman in this apartment.
Also we have 2 cats! :)
