Private room in lovely Sunset Park

Seeking roommate for a small bedroom in Sunset Park. We're a three bedroom, 5min walk from D train @ 9th Ave, 12 min from N, D,R @ 36th St. Nearby is a cute Chinese bakery, some of the best banh mi east of the Mississippi, and a great park.

The room has decent light and a closet. Move-in would be July 1 with some flexibility. (I'm moving in with my girlfriend so can be out whenever).

Your roommates would be one 30s female museum worker and one 20s male information security worker.

Security is $660. We also split electricity, gas, and internet equally, and that comes to $50 to $90 month (cheaper in the summer). We also split bathroom basics.

We respect sleep, keep dishes clean, and common spaces neat. Everyone is busy, has many interests, and also we occasionally make time for each other and catch up. Would love a roommate who'd also want to be neighborly.
