Female Roommate sought for 3BR 2 Bath Apt.

Hello all,

We have a room to rent in our lovely Greenwood Heights apartment. Two mid-30's chill and friendly professional ladies seeking the same :) There's a laundromat across the street, subway and grocery store two short blocks away, Industry City less than a 10-minute walk. There is also a dishwasher as well as two full bathrooms in the apartment (which comes in handy with 3 women). It's a terrific area - we've been very happy here.

There is a cat in the apartment. Dolly is sweet and friendly. As she's a recent adoptee, we're trying to keep it a 1-cat household for now.

Rent is $933 plus utilities.
