Room in beautiful 2 bdr Bushwick apt!

I?m being transferred to my office in Chicago, so I?m currently looking for a fun and laid back female to take over my lease for my bedroom in a beautiful two-bedroom apartment. Room is available as early as May 26th, so I would need someone who is ready to make a decision ASAP!! You can move in as late as June 1st, and furniture in the room can be yours if you?re interested. The room is large and can fit a queen/full size bed, side table and a desk with room to spare. It gets great light, has a ton of closet space, and the living room has a cute Juliet balcony. Building is located five minutes from Central M and Kosciuszko J stops, and 15 minutes from the nearest L stop. New washer/dryer in basement of the building.

My previous roommate moved out recently and took most of the furniture with her; my new roommate is looking to purchase living room/kitchen furniture and split the costs with whoever takes over my room.
