The room includes a closet, large window, AC unit, and can accommodate a full/double bed (bedroom unfurnished). Original hardwood floors throughout the apartment, big living room, kitchen area w/dishwasher, full bath. Living room, kitchen, and bathroom fully furnished.

I?m an Arts professor and also work for a graphic t-shirt company. I have a cat named Blue who is honestly a precious gift to this world. Looking for someone with a steady job and income. Long term sublet preferred, but open to a shorter arrangement as well.
