My roommate is moving out so I'm looking for someone to replace her. We have an outdoor area which is going to be great over summer, great sized living room, brand new kitchen, and your room is a great size with natural light. It's the perfect spot.

Looking for someone mid-late 20s, full time professional. Male or Female, I don't mind. Keeps the apartment clean, works during the week but likes to socialize and keep busy. I want a roommate who likes to catch up, enjoy a drink together and talk. I don't just want a roommate who stays in their room all weekend and avoids eye contact.

26 years old, moved to NYC a few months ago from Australia. I work full time in consulting, so I travel quite a bit for work. This just means you get the whole apartment to yourself often during the work week (perfect, right?)
