Room is unfurnished, available for June 1st. Apartment is in a quiet building with just 2 apartments and on the third (and top) floor of a small building, has crazy high ceilings, tons of closet space, an updated kitchen, and a WASHER AND DRYER IN UNIT! (That's right no more quarters!) The bedroom is a great size, and can snuggly fit a full/queen size bed, has a GIANT CLOSET, and huge window. The apartment itself is quite large - we have a real dining table in the living area!

It is about a 10 minute walk from the Q/B Prospect Park Stop and about a 6 minute walk to the 2/5 Sterling St stop. Within walking distance from Prospect Park, multiple grocery stores and plenty of coffee/restaurants. If you have a car, there's plenty of street parking available.

You'll be sharing the apartment with two wonderful, quiet, respectful, clean women in their late 20's/early 30's. Utilities are separate, and run about $70-90/month per person, depending on the season. First month & security to move in.

We are looking for someone who is easy going, clean and respectful of other's living here.
