One bedroom available in a three bedroom unit. Great roommates, although you won't see them much. One works swing shifts at Children's Presbyterian and the other has two jobs. As you can see in the picture, neither cares to furnish the unit since they're not here much. Although they keep it clean. So if you have furniture, you can bring.

I work in banking, but got laid off. Looking for someone to take over my lease - one year lease starting June 1st. Trains to MetroTech and Manhattan within walking distance.

Trash and recycle up front. Street parking available. Sometimes harder to find, but I've driven for the past six months and I always found free parking. If you don't mind walking a little bit, nearby neighborhoods only have one day street cleaning, so you can literally park your car for a whole week.
