This is a great deal for someone looking to live in an old school New York style apartment in between 2 of the most popular neighborhoods in Brooklyn.

There? s only 3 apartments in the building so our neighbors actually know each other.

There is no window in the room but the kitchen and living rooms are big by NY standards.

The walls are thin and there is piano in the living room but the apartment can sometimes be surprisingly quiet.

There are three permanent roommates here now (Joey, Tobin and Paul).

Paul has a dog and cat that stay in his room and he has access to the backyard so they are mostly contained there. There is also cat here that spends most of his time in the basement. Sorry, we are not looking to bring in any other pets.

Utilities and cleaning of the common areas cost $100 a month.
