Two Rooms Available in BK Apt-July 1st Move In

I?m looking to sublease 2 rooms in my newly renovated apartment. July 1st move in. The first room is $750 (utilities included)and the second room is $900 (utilities included)
The first room is priced significantly lower because although it is spacious, bright, and nice, it does lead directly into the kitchen. So in order to get into the kitchen, you have to go through that room. There will be a door dividing the room from the kitchen however, a schedule set up based on that person's preferences and the microwave put in the dining area instead. Just to limit the traffic to the kitchen.
The other room is really nice and has a mini walk-in closet (the largest in the apartment)
The apartment is located on Bedford Ave (2,3,4,5, Q trains) lots of buses around as well. $1800 to move in for the first room and $1500 to move in for the second room. That?s first months rent and security deposit.
No smoking. No pets.
