Room in cool Bed-stuy building

Hi, we are a young couple looking for a roommate to share our 2-bed apartment (short-term).
The apartment is in cool a building in Bed-Stuy. Groceries and convenience stores next door. Trains at a walking distance and bus stop in the corner.
The building has a laundry, gym, lounge, and an amazing rooftop.
We are looking for someone responsible. respectful. clean and friendly :)
Guests are welcome but we do not expect to have parties or people coming all the time, you can always use the shared spaces in the building.
The room will come with a full-size queen and clothing storage so you don't have to worry about it.
We are still settling down so the pictures are before the furniture.
