July sublet in Park Slope on Prospect Park West!

Giant, furnished one bedroom in a massive 4 bedroom apartment located on prospect park west between 12th and 13th in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The closest train is the F/G at 15th st. Prospect park which is about 2 blocks away. The apartment is currently being repainted and the bathroom and long hallway have already been done. The rent is $950 per month plus around $70 ish for the utilities depending on how much you use the AC. Apartment has a living room, dining room, full kitchen, bathroom, as well as 3 other bedrooms (with Roommates in them). Ideally I'm looking for someone to take the room for the last week of June, entire month of July as well as the first two of August if you need it, however I know it?s easier to do a month at a time so July is the moth I?m looking to sublet Move in date is flexible.
