Lovely room for caring Person, Park Slope $200

I am a middle-aged gay man with a large apartment and a partner who often teaches in another state. Because I don't want to be alone (see below), I am offering a beautiful room with a private bathroom at far below market rate to someone who can offer a little bit of help. It is available this fall from about August 15 to about December 15.

I have a mobility problem and I could use someone to do some very minor errands. (Bring up the mail, load the dishwasher a few times a week, take out the garbage once or twice a week, and most importantly check on me once a twice a day to make sure I'm okay.) There is no personal care involved.

The apartment faces Prospect Park, with a nice living room, dining room, kitchen and several bedrooms.. The room for rent is quiet and peaceful. The bedroom and its newly renovated bathroom are on their own hallway and therefore are completely private.
