This 2-story space is gorgeous with high ceilings, exposed brick, brand new appliances, and CLEAN space. The pictures don't do it justice - the house is really just so beautiful.

The room is actually 2 rooms - you have a 'bed' room, and another room with a futon couch. You can use it as a second living room, work room, huge closet, or whatev - it's all yours!

The house in the HEART of the Morgan L neighborhood which is really safe, young, and trendy. Tons of restaurants, cafes, yoga, etc. less than a block away. Creative, interesting people are all around, and the areas rich with experiences waiting to be had. So much amazing graffiti that they give graffiti tours of the neighborhood!

The vibe is a chill family-like environment. Friendly to all types (sexual preference, race, gender, ethnicity), and you must be too :)

The rent for the room is $1,100/month, on a month-to-month basis. Stay as long as you'd like, and just give 30 days notice before you'd like to move out. No credit check or lease signing. We will write up a little personal contract to keep all the terms clear.

The room is available August 1, and requires first month's rent upfront ($1,100) and a $2,000 deposit (returned upon move-out). All house related bills are split evenly between roommates (gas, electric, internet).

A few other things:
-Street-level parking usually available within a block.
-The L train is no longer shutting down!
-No couples or pets
