Beautiful Bedroom, Gorgeous View, Hip Neighborhood

Four young humans and four young cats looking for a fifth human to take the upstairs bedroom in our gorgeous newly renovated two-story Greenpoint loft. Grocery store is literally across the street, ice cream shop next door, pet store and Variety Coffee across the street.

Bedroom features a staircase, long area way, a nice closet, large windows, and a small window sill ledge for picture frames, plants, tchotchkes, a fish tank, etc.

Roommates include two college students (Film and Fine Art) and two teachers (Middle School and Pre-K). We usually keep to ourselves but enjoy each other's company in the kitchen when preparing meals.

Kitchen fully equipped, two bathrooms, one shared, and one of the most gorgeous views of the NYC skyline that you can get in Brooklyn.

Nearest trains: Grand Street L train and Nassau Avenue G train.

Cats are incredibly friendly and typically remain in their rooms while the humans are home. There are no litter boxes or feeding stations in the common areas.
