Build is a few blocks walk to Prospect Park and the B, Q, and Fanklin Ave Shuttle trains. Supermarket and Laundry are half a block away. A hip new area with lots of coffee shops and restaurants, not to mention all that Prospect Park has to offer. Also convenient to the Botanical Gardens, Farmer's Market, the beach which can be accessed directly by train and Brooklyn Public Library.

Roommate Agreement will be month to month, $1300 rent which includes utilities (wifi, and cooking gas).
