Ideal for grad students or female professionals

I am a serious graduate student looking to sublet my room for 8 months or less. I need a mature, and extremely independent female to rent my furnished room. Room has a brand new bed, and wood floors, and electricity is included Sutherland rent. There is a only one pet allowed in house and it?s a cat. Must not be allergic. NO SMOKERS, NO DRUGS (inside or outside apartment). My landlord is a cop. Very safe private house. Must be neat, and respectful.
