Furnished small bedroom with full sized bed, desk, closet with hangers; and one window. You can utilize the TV whenever you want in the living room- we just don?t eat in the there.

I?m located one min away from the C-train at the Shepherd stop. I?m clean and minimal, not loud but don?t mind noise at all; if you?re an early sleeper who needs complete silence, this may not be a good fit for you. I freelance so I have a sporadic schedule. I?m not Jamaican but American raised by a Vincentian family. Not sure what else to tell you- looking for an adult who?s respectful, clean, responsible and easy going.
