Large room in beautiful apartment (Coney Island)

The place is in Coney Island, only a 12 minutes walk to the beach. I have already signed the lease and will move in this Sunday, October 3rd, 2019. I am looking for a trustworthy person who can help me to pay for the rent. Since I will be carrying the burden and the responsibilities of the lease, your share will be $1200. You can occupy a huge king size bedroom. The apartment will initially have no furniture. But we can slowly, but surely, begin to furnish the apartment and agree on what the house rules will be.

Here is a little about myself. I am Christian, but I am laid back and spiritual. As long as it depends on me, I want to be at peace with all men. It does not matter whether they are Christians or not. I would prefer to live with somebody who is also truly a Christian and has a love for the truth, but this is not a requirement. As long are you are tolerant of the Christian faith and willing to come to an agreement, we can live at peace.
