This ad is for the rental of 2 rooms (total for both is $1100)- one may be used as a living room while the second may be used as a bedroom. The rooms are on the 2nd floor of a 2 family walk-up and have beautiful hardwood floors. The rooms face the front of the home with three windows. You will be sharing the apartment with 2 other working professionals that keep the place immaculately clean. Heat, hot water, and gas are included in the price; electricity and WiFi are about $60/mo.
There are two subway lines that are easily accessible- the R train is a 12 minute walk and should have you in the city in 3o minutes; the D train is an 8 minute walk and should have you in the city in 20 minutes and Brooklyn’s Barclay center in 10 minutes.
