One private room in a 3 bedroom apt

Hello,
My name is Jo, my roommate and I have an extra room in Greenwood/Sunset Park. The building is a walk up across the street from the laundromat and is located 5 mins away from the express 36th street station (D, N, R trains). 1 stop away from Atlantic Barclay Center, 2 stops away from Manhattan. Steps away from Industry City, and Costco.

We will share the Living Room, Kitchen and Bathroom.
Our place is a non-smoking environment.
The room is unfurnished, has a closet space and fits a full size bed. Rent is 750, which includes utilities and Internet. We require one month security and a background + credit check, and proof of income.

The ideal roommate is someone who is tidy, friendly and respectful. We both go to school and work and think of home as a peaceful place to unwind and we prefer to keep the party outside. Guest and family are welcome for visits with proper notification.
