The room is 17x8, very much big enough to fit a queen or king bed and plenty of other furniture. It has a large closet and gets plenty of light from the window. It also has direct access to the back yard, which we share with our landlord and his family who live in the two floors above us (it's just us and them in the building). The back yard is completely private from the neighboring buildings and is finished with a built-in grill, fire pit, and tons of sitting space. The apartment itself is absolutely huge and has incredible amenities. Central air, gas stove, top of the line security system, high-quality appliances, the whole 9 yards. We also have a small private basement area with a washer/dryer and half bathroom. The other roommates have a bathroom attached to our room, so the 2nd full bathroom in the apartment would be all yours. We're directly in front of the B15, a block away from the B38, and a little bit less than a 10 minute walk from both the Myrtle M station and the Kosciusko J. Ideal supermarket is a block away, and the massive Food Bazaar is also just a short walk.

The lease ends on 8/01/20, so the term for your lease would be 10 months.
