Room for Rent in Prime Crown Heights Location!

We are looking for someone to fill a room starting October 1 or earlier in our 3 bedroom in Crown Heights. The location is unbelievable - two blocks from the Franklin subway (2/3/4/5/S lines), windows everywhere, tons of common space, close to a ton a fun restaurants, bars, and shops. The room comes with a full size mattress (if you would like it), but is otherwise is unfurnished.

We are two girls in our 20s who have lived here together for the past year - I am a dancer/singer and also work in a restaurant and my roommate Clay is a copywriter. We?re looking for a roommate who?s tidy but still laid back, down to hang sometimes but has their own stuff going on, and loves animals (we have a small dog and a cat between us!).

We aren't looking for couples or additional pets and we are aiming for someone to join the lease so will give preference to a long term fit.
