The apartment is pre-war with lots of character, hardwood floors, large fully stocked kitchen, huge comfortable living room with smart TV, 1.5 bathrooms, and two friendly cats. We are 2 female-1 male, mid-late twenties, all working in different professions that get along well, but also respect each other?s privacy and alone time. We are looking for someone who is clean, friendly, responsible, likes cats, and is ideally 25+ Female preferred. Would start with a 6 month lease agreement, with the possibility of extending longer if it is a good fit.
