-Apartment on the second floor so it has a balcony with 2 comfortable chairs
-Huge & separate - kitchen & living room
-Washer / Dryer in apartment
-The bathroom has a bath & shower

Your room is the biggest one and will not include furniture.
It can fit Queen Size bed with dressing table & much more stuff. Video of the room available upon request.

The Area:
Tons of different bars, hookah lounges and grocery stores within walking distance.
There is also a beautiful park with a view of Verrazano Bridge within 15 min walking distance.
5 min (2 blocks) to the R train.

There is no lease; you will be paying month by month basis.
